Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Managed plans have a 6-month minimum after launch, which gives the system time to be tuned and show results.
What does "usage" mean?
Phone, SMS, email and AI costs are billed separately, based on how much your system is used.
When do I pay the setup fee?
The setup fee is paid before the build starts.
Does the Revenue Audit cost count toward a build?
Yes. The $750 is 100% credited toward implementation if you sign within 14 days.
What if I want changes later?
Minor script or prompt tweaks are part of monthly management, with a monthly cap on revisions. Bigger change requests, new builds and integrations are quoted separately as fixed-fee projects.
