Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026.
Leverage AI ("we", "us") is based at 46211 Promontory Road, Chilliwack, BC. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through www.myleverageai.com and our booking site, book.myleverageai.com. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA.
What we collect
- What you type into our free audit form: your name, email, phone number, business name, the topic you pick and your message.
- Booking and payment details you give when you book or subscribe on book.myleverageai.com. Bookings and payments are processed by Wix, and we never see your full card number.
- Basic technical information our website host (Netlify) records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, run your free audit, and schedule and deliver services you book.
- To send you information you asked for. We only send marketing email with your consent, as required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), and every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records we're required to keep, such as invoices.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our website, forms, booking, payments and email (currently including Netlify and Wix), and only so they can provide that service. Some of them may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Client account access
If you hire us and give us logins or account access, that's covered by our separate Privacy & Credential Disclosure, which we provide with your service agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires. After that we delete them.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it, accounts use strong passwords and two-factor sign-in, and data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing info@myleverageai.com or calling 604-997-7705. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
